A rich floral fragrance where top notes of rose, coriander, and warming pepper reach into a blossoming floral heart of lily of the valley, jasmine, orange blossom, and tuberose. The complex fondness of exotic orchids, precious woods, amber, and sweet musk creates a magnetic trail.

This lusciously scented candle burns for approximately 35 hours and has a strong scent throw that will fully fragrance an average-sized room.

Inspiration

Bwlytai Wood is a small wood in Trefonen, Oswestry, and is of local interest, gifted to the Shropshire Wildlife Trust by Bridget Gledhill, a former resident of Trefonen. The bluebells and wood anemones that spill over the ground in spring testify that this is an ancient woodland site.

Clear felling some years ago resulted in an invasion of sycamores. Many of these were felled at the turn of the millennium and hundreds of ash, oak, rowan, and other broadleaf trees planted. A curious beech tree with branches fused into a window can be found at the top of the wood. A great place to make dens!

Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles out of reach of children and pets. Always leave about 10cm between burning candles. Do not burn candles on or near anything that may catch fire. Only burn this candle on a level, heat-resistant surface.

Never burn this candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not allow the flame to touch the glass. On the first burn, always burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool. Ensure the wick is upright, above the wax, and central before the wax sets. Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to avoid smoking and damage to the glass. Glass may become hot during use. Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains and do not relight.
